The Rev. Dr. Jason E. Royle is a native of Illinois and has served churches in North Carolina and Tennessee.  He is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University, Johnson University, and Sewanee: University of the South School of Theology with degrees in Social Work, Theology, and Doctorate in Ministry.  Before entering full-time ordained ministry, he worked as a nephrology social worker in Tennessee and was owner-operator of a Schlotzsky’s Deli franchise in North Carolina. 

Jason enjoys golfing, exercising, sightseeing, traveling, attending concerts and live music, and visiting museums and special events with friends and family. He is also the author of "The Potter and the Clay". 

Jason’s wife Heather is a graduate of The University of Alabama. She is a licensed and registered dietitian, but now uses her skills to carry out the hardest job of all: full-time mom. Jason and Heather have been married 12 years and have three children: Katelyn (4½ years old), Nate (2 years old), and Rudy (their 12-year-old dog).

Keith E. Reifsnyder is a 2002 graduate of Warwick High School in Lititz, Pennsylvania, and holds Bachelor's Degrees in Music Education and Music Theory/Composition from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania. He is locally active as a musical performer, playing trumpet, piano, and a variety of other instruments. As the Director of Music, Keith is responsible for playing the organ for weekly and special services, directing the Senior Choir and Chime Choir, and coordinating the special music schedule. 

Keith currently resides in Ephrata with his girlfriend, Kristin, after previous stints working in Edgewood, Maryland, as the director of bands at Edgewood High School, and in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, as the short-term choral director at Conestoga Valley High School. He is employed by Cliffside Industries of Lititz and is a member of the Moonlighters Big Band based in the same town.

As St. Paul's administrative assistant, JD Miller works closely with the pastor, staff, and general church membership. He prepares the weekly church bulletin, maintains all membership records, schedules events and sees to the many other administrative tasks that make a church operate smoothly and efficiently. He is also the first person you will meet when you walk into the church office. You can expect a cheerful greeting. JD is happy to answer your questions and assist you in any way he can.

The buildings and grounds sexton is responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness and oversight of the church property and general supervision of the church grounds; oversight of buildings and grounds maintenance; and ensuring safe, clean and proper order of the church campus and facilities.
